Jesus Knows

Verse 1a
Peter thought, he was ready, to die,
But Jesus, already knew, he wasn't ready, to die,
Peter, was disappointed, when he denied, the son of love,
But Jesus accepted Him the same, before and then after again,
and there came a time, when Peter was ready,
and Peter did bravely die.

Verse 1b
Peter liked to think he was ready,
for the things he just wasn't ready for,
Jesus knew that he would fall you know,
but He just reinstated him,
for He is the one who restored His soul.

Verse 2a
There, are things, that in the natural, we think,
oh, we think, we are ready for,
We are disappointed, when we try in our own strength,
but Jesus picks us up every time we fall,
and there will come a time when the places we are weakest,
we will find we are strong.

Verse 2b
Jesus knows you will be ready,
For the things your not yet ready for,
don't you fear your weaknesses my friend,
trust your weaknesses to Him,
for He is the one who restores your soul.
