[Rhema] Father in heaven...we lift up MikeL and his family to you...
[Rhema] We ask that you comfort their hearts...
[Rhema] We ask that you would begin to bond them together in unity deeper
than what they have ever known..
[Rhema] Lord, help them to find comfort in one another...not being afraid
to show the hurt and pain..to each other or to you...
[Liane] may they know that you are with them every step of the way
[Rhema] Lord we ask for the daughter's salvation..we ask that this will cause
them to turn to you
[Angee] yes, Lord.
[Rhema] that they will open their hearts to you and not become bitter..
[Liane] yes Lord
[Rhema] we ask that you would shower them with your grace, mercy and
peace..
[Rhema] Lord we take authority over any distraction that might want to come
in and disrupt this time of prayer..
[Rhema] father, we come to you and ask what can we do to help our brother....
[Rhema] help us Lord to remember to pray and intercede for him and his
family..
[Liane] comfort them at this time Lord... don't let them feel alone in this
[DaleB] Fill them all with your spirit that it may give them peace and strength
in this time...
[Rhema] remind him of scriptures that you have given to him to comfort his
heart..
[Rhema] yes Lord...
[Rhema] let him share scriptures with his family that it might comfort them
as well.
[Liane] and bring peace to their hearts Lord
[Rhema] let others come and show kindness to them and bless them lord...
[DaleB] Blessed are those who mourn for they WILL be comforted.
[Liane] yes Lord
[Rhema] let them see the love of their neighbors and brethren at this
time...
[Rhema] yes lord...
[Liane] yes

[JasonM] Lord, may MikeL's prior reading of C.S. Lewis' "Grief Observed"
be a balm to his soul knowing that others have been down the road of grief
[Liane] Yes Lord
[Rhema] Lord for you say that you know the plans that you have for us..plans
to prosper and not to harm us...
[Rhema] Yes father...
[Rhema] and Lord you say you have a home for us prepared in heaven ..streets
of gold ...father let the family know that she has her place in heaven
[Lyndra] let the daughter who isn't christian also be comforted by that
knowledge
[Rhema] Yes father...and let that be another encouragement to her to accept
your son...and be cleansed and made whole...

[Liane] Lord give them all tremendous peace throughout the grieving process
[Rhema] father let the funeral services be done without any hassle...let
it be done smoothly and without trouble...
[Angee] Lord, I ask for the open door for Mike to share with his daughters.
[Rhema] so that they are not stressed any farther than what they already
are...
[Liane] yes Lord
[Angee] yes, Lord.
[Rhema] Yes father..
[Angee] Provide Lord for all of the expenses.
[Liane] yes Lord
[Lyndra] amen to that!
[Liane] encourage them to go to you and cling to you for all comfort
[Rhema] Lord at this time let them sense the envelope of your love embracing
them as never before...
[Rhema] yes Lord...
[Liane] yes Lord.. may they know that you are touched with their grieving
[Rhema] Oh father and wipe away any guilt that might linger...all the what
ifs' or if i had done this or that...
[Angee] Father, I pray that many will come to You even at the funeral.
[Liane] and that you desire to come along side of them and be a comfort and
a help to them during all of this
[Rhema] Yes father...you say that you are touched by the feeling of our
infirmities...
[Liane] may they know that you are not indifferent to their feelings
[Rhema] that you are a father to those who are fatherless and a husband to
those who are husbandless..
[Liane] that you are the ultimate provider
[DaleB] We thank you for being a God that is aquainted with all of human
experience, that you truly know the loss that is felt by Mike and his
family.
[Rhema] Yes Lord...
[Rhema] Praise you father....
[Lyndra] that you did not steal her out of malice or as punishment for something
they did
[Liane] Yes Lord we thank you for everything you've done to get us on the
road back to eternal life with you.. one day there will be no more death..
all because of you
[Liane] may you use this sad experience to increase his talents for you
Lord
[Rhema] Oh father you are a good God, you give good gifts to your
children..
[Rhema] You say that if we ask you, you will give it to us...
[Rhema] if it is you according to your will lord...
[Liane] we come together in agreement with this request for comfort for Michael
and his family
[Rhema] Yes Lord...and you say that if any man lacks wisdom to ask and it
will be given to him liberally...
[Rhema] Lord give MikeL wisdom ....
[Liane] yes Lord
[Liane] and give him rest for his soul
[DaleB] Help him to see and understand your purpose for taking his wife home
to be with you.
[Rhema] You say no temtation is too hard that it will overcome you,,, but
that with it you will make a way of escape...
[Rhema] yes Lord God...let him see your perfect will...and even if he doesn't
understand...let him know you are in control...
[Liane] let him know that his wife's conflict/battle with sin is now over
[Lyndra] and that she is forever out of physical and emotional pain
[Liane] yes Lord
[Liane] and that even though they will all miss her, they will see her
again
[Liane] In Jesus' name we pray
